- Click the Vista button at the upper right corner of the Circuit Planning window.
- Click Options.
- In the Circuit Planning Options window, choose your settings.
- Click OK.

Customising a distributor's colour
In the Circuit Planning grid, a film booking's background colour can be used to distinguish films from different distributors. You can choose which colour represents each distributor.
Note: The Colour Mode must be set to Distributor to see distributor colours in the grid.
- In the Circuit Planning ribbon's View group, click Colour Key Selector.
- In the Distributor Colour Key window, click the coloured box beside a distributor and choose the colour that you want to represent that distributor.
- Ensure the Colour Enabled box is selected for the distributor.
- Click OK.
