Program Inquiry

Program Inquiry is a web application that you can install with Film Programming to give users a read-only view of your weekly schedules. Users can see the schedules for an individual planning group, for a date range of up to three weeks at a time, along with some session performance details, such as admits and box office revenue. Program Inquiry gives users who might not have access to Film Programing the detail they need to help make informed scheduling decisions.

Program Inquiry has two views:

• View By Screen: A detailed view of the schedule at each cinema, including occupancy and gross box office earnings of each session. Sessions are shown split by screen, in a separate column for each day of the week.
• View By Week: An overview of film performance at each cinema, including the number of sessions, admits and comps, and total box office earnings for each film. Films are shown in a separate column for each day of the week. Each column shows the total admits and comps and box office earnings for all sessions, across all films, on that day.

Note: The session performance data displayed in Program Inquiry is updated whenever the Transaction Summariser scheduled task runs. The more frequently this task runs, the more accurate your session performance data will be.

Any user with access to Head Office or Film Programming can use their login credentials to access Program Inquiry. Access Program Inquiry by typing http://WebServerName/ProgramInquiry into a browser's address bar, replacing WebServerName with the name of the server on which Film Programming is installed.

Note: Program Inquiry is supported on Google Chrome, Internet Explorer 11, and Firefox web browsers.
