House Costs |
Pro rata (normal) Upper limit Fixed Fixed based on Holdover Sheet |
Determines how House Costs are calculated for a screen: Pro rata (normal): Uses House Costs as configured in the Cinema Screens (Film Hire) maintenance form at Head Office. Upper Limit: Uses the maximum value for this contract. Specify the maximum value in House Cost Value. If the calculated House Costs exceeds this limit, the maximum is used instead. Fixed: Uses fixed house costs for all screens using the contract. Specify the fixed value in House Cost Value and the No. of Sessions required. The fixed house costs override the House Costs set in the Cinema Screens (Film Hire) maintenance form at Head Office. Fixed based on Holdover Sheet: Uses House Costs calculated on the basis of the number of planned sessions in the Holdover Sheet, rather than actual session figures. |
House Cost Value |
Any number |
The House Costs value used for sessions with the contract. This will override the House Costs as configured on the Cinema Screens (Film Hire) maintenance form for the screen of any session using the contract. Note: This field is only available if House Costs is set to Upper Limit or Fixed. |
