Cinema Planning options
Cinema Planning options can be used to customise the information displayed in the Cinema Planning form. These options are available from

Determines whether cinema screens in the grid are displayed in order of their Screen Number or their screen capacity. |
Tool tips |

New Film Release Style |
Bold Italic Underline Colour |
Determines the text style and grid cell colour that indicates a new release film. Select the colour square to open the colour palette. |
Dropped Film Style |
Bold Italic Underline Colour |
Determines the text style and grid cell colour that indicates a dropped film. Select the colour square to open the colour palette. |
Prior to Opening Date Colour |
Any colour |
Determines the text style and grid cell colour that indicates a film has not yet been released. Select the colour square to open the colour palette. |
Display Film Booking Properties |

Past Weeks |

The number of weeks prior to the current week that are displayed in the Cinema Planning grid, when the All Weeks view is selected. |

Restrict copy of provisional terms for Film to the current cinema |

For sites with multiple cinemas, determines whether provisional film hire terms are only applied to the cinema selected, not all cinemas at the site. |

Send Holdover data when Cinema Planning data is saved |

Determines whether a Holdover Sheet is automatically sent to Vista Cinema upon saving the application. This can be useful for generating regularly updated holdover sheets at Vista Cinema. |
Show Film Booking Start Date |

Determines whether the film's booking period start date and time are displayed in the Film Booking Properties docking panel, allowing a film programmer to control the earliest time that a session may be scheduled from a film booking. |
Apply default Start Date for new bookings |

Determines whether a film booking start date is automatically applied to films as they are added to the grid. The default start date for opened films is the first day of the planning week. The default start date for films that have not yet opened is the opening date. Note: This field is only available when Show Film Booking Start Date is selected. |
Show Film Booking End Date |

Determines whether the film's booking period end date and time are displayed in the Film Booking Properties docking panel, allowing a film programmer to control the latest time that a session may be scheduled from a film booking. |
