The following options are available as icon buttons in the Circuit Planning ribbon.

Save |
Saves any changes you have made to the plan. |
Week View |
Sets the Circuit Planning grid to display a specific view.

Colour Mode |
Changes the colour-coding of film bookings.
Note: If Film is selected, films are coloured according to their display position in the grid cell. This means that the colour of a film may change across different film weeks. |
Colour Key Selector |
Opens the Distributor Colour Key. Use this window to change the colour associated with a distributor or turn off colouring for a distributor. |
Collapse All Rows |
Closes all rows that represent individual sites, leaving only rows that correspond to planning groups. |
Expand All Rows |
Opens all planning group rows to reveal film bookings by individual sites. |
Show / Hide |
Determines the visibility of the docking panels in Circuit Planning. Toggle each panel in the menu to show it or hide it from view. |
Planning Week |
Select the week for which you wish to create film bookings. Select any date within the required planning week. The planning week selected determines the range of dates that appears in grid. If sites use different film week start days, the grid displays the relevant date for each site. Note: Use Circuit Planning Options to choose whether the planning week number appears at the top of the grid. |
Planning Group |
Filters the list of planning groups that appear in the grid. |
Distributor |
Filters the list of distributors that appears in the grid. |
Film |
Filters the bookings that appear in the grid to a single film. |
Filter |
Applying filters updates the information shown in the grid according to the options chosen in the Filter group in the ribbon. |
Distribution release chart |
Opens the distributor release chart. |
Bulk booking |
Opens the Bulk Booking application. |
New contract |
Opens the Contract Maintenance form, which you can use to create a new film hire contract. |
Bulk contracts |
Bulk Contracts opens the Bulk Contracts application. Use this to quickly create and assign provisional distribution terms to films on a cinema or circuit-wide basis. |
View export results |
Opens the Send Holdover Sheets Progress window, which you can use to check whether holdover sheets have successfully been exported to cinemas. |
Send holdover sheets |
Transmits holdover sheets to selected cinemas, or to all the cinemas within selected planning groups. |
