The Circuit Planning page in Film Manager shows the bookings you've planned at each of the sites in your planning groups. Dockable panels display extra information or that you can use to enter additional detail about a booking.
Tip: To sort information in a docakable panel, click a column header.

Film Directives
Option | Allowed Values | Description |
Location Spread Directive | 1–500 characters | The Location Spread Directive field can be used to leave notes indicating how the Film should be spread across the Sites in your organisation. |
Schedule Directive | 1–500 characters | This field can be used to leave notes for Film Programmers concerning how the Film should be scheduled. |
Sales Profile | Any configured Sales Profile |
The selected Sales Profile determines the Advance Booking Period for sessions to the Film. Example: 3 days before the Opening Date. |
New Releases
The New Releases panel shows films whose Opening Date (from the Film maintenance record) for the selected location falls within the selected business week.

Attributes |
The attributes of the film showing in the selected session, as defined in its film maintenance form. |

This panel displays any planning conflicts or errors.

The Film Hire Terms panel shows information associated with provisional distribution terms.

Circuit Planning grid icons
Circuit Planning displays icons against sessions in the planning grid to indicate their status.
