Released Films

Option	Description
Back arrow ()	Loads the panel with information from the previous planning week.

Dropped Films

Option	Description

Recent Films

Option	Description
Date	The start date of the planning week. If more than one site is selected, and each site uses a different film week start day, a date range showing the earliest and latest start dates for the planning week is displayed.
Film	The title of the selected film, as defined in its film maintenance form.
Print	The print number of the selected film.
Length	The film's running length, in minutes, from its Film maintenance record.
Censor	The film's censor rating, from its Film maintenance record.
BO Previous	The previous week's Box Office revenue generated by the film.
Admits	The previous week's number of admissions for the film.

Box Office

Option	Description
Film	Choose the required film or All films in the dropdown menu.
Number of Shows	The number of sessions for the period, cinema, and film selected.
Admits	The number of admits for the period, cinema, and film selected.
Gross	The gross earnings for the cinema, its business week, and film selected.
Net	The net earnings for the cinema, its business week, and film selected.
Admits % change	The percentage difference in the number of admits between the selected business week in comparison to the previous week.
Gross % change	The percentage difference in gross earnings between the selected business week in comparison to the previous week.
Net % change	The percentage difference in net earnings between the selected business week in comparison to the previous week.
Weekend Admits	The number of weekend admits for the cinema, its business week, and film selected.
Weekend Gross	The gross weekend earnings for the cinema, its business week, and film selected.
Weekend Net	The net weekend earnings for the cinema, its business week, and film selected.
Weekend Admits % change	The percentage difference in the number of weekend admits between the selected business week in comparison to the previous week.
Weekend Gross % change	The percentage difference in weekend gross earnings between the selected business week in comparison to the previous week.
Weekend Net % change	The percentage difference in weekend net earnings between the selected business week in comparison to the previous week.

Film Palette

Option	Allowed Values	Description
Default Price Card	Any configured Price Card	Assigns a default Price Card to the selected film.
Include Inactive Films	cleared selected	Determines whether films with the status Inactive will be displayed in the palette.
New Film...		Opens a new record in Film maintenance.

Information (Session)

This panel displays session information when a film booking is selected in the Program Grid. You can customise the session details displayed in the docking panel by going to File > Options > Sessions.

Option	Description
Attributes	The attributes of the screen in which the selected session is shown.
Film Name	The title of the film showing in the selected session, as defined in its film maintenance form.
Movie Format	The Movie Format of the film showing in the selected session, as defined in its film maintenance form.
Status	The status of the session.
Print ID	The Print ID number of the film showing in the selected session.
Screen Number	The number of the screen in which the selected session is shown.
Screen Capacity	The capacity of the screen in which the selected session is shown.
Genre	The genre of the film showing in the selected session, as defined in its film maintenance form.
Time Breakdown	A breakdown of the session components by time. This is shown as Trailer time: Film run time: Cleanup time.
Seat Allocation	Whether or not the selected session has allocated seating. 0= no allocated seating, 1= automatically allocated seating.
Price Card Name	The name of the Price Card for this session.
Complimentaries Allowed	Whether or not complimentaries are allowed for this session.
Public Screening	Whether or not this session is a public screening.
Using Loop Reels	Whether or not the screen for the selected session is using Loop Reels, as defined in Cinema Screen maintenance in Film Programming.
Loop from Screen Name and Number	The screen name and number from which the screen of the selected session is looped. This is defined in Cinema Screen maintenance in Film Programming.
Event Description	A description of an event associated with the film, as defined in its film maintenance form.
Week of Play	The number of weeks since the film's Opening Date, as defined in its film maintenance form. If sites use different film week start days, the Week of Play for the selected site and planning week is shown.
Session ID	The ID number of this session.
Download to Cinemas	Whether or not the film showing in the selected session may be downloaded to Cinemas, as defined in its film maintenance form.
Sales Channels	The available Sales Channels for the film, as defined in its film maintenance form.

Information (Film)

This panel displays film information when a film is selected in the Release Films, Dropped Films, or Recent Films panels in the Program Grid. You can customise the film details displayed in the docking panel by going to File > Options > Films.

Option	Description
Title	The title of the selected film, as defined in its film maintenance form.
Release Date	The release date of the selected film, as defined in its film maintenance form.
Print Number	The print number of the selected film.
Genre	The selected film's Genre, as defined in its film maintenance form.
Distributor	The film's distributor, as defined in its film maintenance form.
Production Company	The production company of the selected film, as defined in its film maintenance form.
Synopsis	The synopsis of the selected film, as defined in its film maintenance form.
Actors	The main actors starring in the selected film, as defined in its film maintenance form.
Movie Format	The Movie Formats associated with the film, in its Film maintenance record.
Audio Languages	The audio languages of the film.
Subtitles	The languages of the film's subtitles.
Attributes	The attributes of the film showing in the selected session, as defined in its film maintenance form.

Schedule Comments

Time	n/a	The time at which the comment was made. Note: This field is populated automatically and cannot be edited.

Comment	1–1000 characters	The comment left regarding the session schedule.
Author	n/a	The author of the comment. Note: This field is populated automatically and cannot be edited.
Export	cleared selected	Allows the comment to be exported to Head Office.

Corporate Bookings

Option	Description
Refresh	Refreshes the Corporate Bookings docking panel.
Import Booking	Imports the selected corporate booking into the schedule grid.
Approve	Puts the booking into Approved status.
Add Booking	Opens a new Corporate Booking maintenance form.
Edit Booking	Opens the Corporate Booking maintenance form of the selected booking for editing.
Include Bookings without Location	Includes bookings to be displayed even if they have no specified location.
Booking Ref	The booking reference of the selected booking, as defined in its Corporate Booking maintenance form.
Site	The Site of the selected booking, as defined in its Corporate Booking maintenance form.
Starts	The start time of the selected booking, as defined in its Corporate Booking maintenance form.
Ends	The end time of the selected booking, as defined in its Corporate Booking maintenance form.
Film	The Film being shown in the selected booking, as defined in its Corporate Booking maintenance form.
Organisation	The organisation making the selected booking, as defined in its Corporate Booking maintenance form.
Balance Due	The outstanding balance yet to be paid for the booking.
Deposit Paid	Whether or not the deposit has been paid for the selected booking.
Approval Status	The approval status of the selected booking.
Guests	The number of guests attending the selected booking, as defined in its Corporate Booking maintenance form.
Hire Total	The total Hire Cost of the booking (combined Box Office hire and Screen hire) of the selected booking, as defined in its Corporate Booking maintenance form.

Session Properties

The Session Properties panel displays information about the selected session in the Program Grid. Specific session properties and attributes can be added and updated.

Note: You must click Save after adding or updating session properties or attributes for the changes to take effect.

Film Title	Any active configured Film	The Film associated with the Session.
Price Card	Any configured Price Card	The Price Card used for the Session.
Cinema	Any configured Cinema	The Cinema that the Session takes place in.
Status	Open Closed Inactive Imported Planned Unavailable Approved Cancelled	The status of the session: Open: the session is open for sales. Closed: the session is not currently available for sales. Today's sessions that have already played have their status updated to Closed during the end-of-day process. Inactive: the session has been marked inactive as it is no longer required. It is not available for sales. Imported: the session has been imported from another application and is not yet available for sales. Planned: the session is in the planning process and not yet open for sales. This is the default status for newly created sessions. Unavailable: the session is currently unavailable for sales due to an operation being performed (for example, swapping screens). Approved: the session has been approved by head office, though it is not yet available for sales. Cancelled: the session has been cancelled as it is no longer required.
Seat Allocation	Manual Automatic Disabled	Determines the type of seating used for the session: Manual: When tickets are sold, the POS Operator must select a seat number. Automatic: POS will automatically assign a seat number to each ticket sold. Disabled: No seat number will be allocated to tickets sold, and customers may sit anywhere.
Session Type	Any configured Session Type	The Session Type of the Session. Note: Settings on the Applications Rights tab for User Groups may prevent managers from editing this field for sessions received from Film Programming via slots in the Holdover Sheet.
Event	Any configured Event	The Event that the Session is associated with.
Start Time	Any time of day	The time at which the Session starts. This will associate the session with the relevant time zone.
Trailer Duration	Duration in minutes Finish time	The total length of advertisments and trailers shown before the Feature. The time at which the preshow ends and the feature starts will be calculated as the Start Time plus the Trailer time.
Interval Start	Duration in minutes Start time	The number of minutes after the start of the feature that the Interval starts. The time at which the interval starts will be calculated as the Feature Start time plus the Interval Start time.
Interval Start Time (min)	Any time value in minutes	The number of minutes into the feature at which the interval starts. Leave blank for no interval.
Interval Duration	Duration in minutes Finish time	The length of the interval. The time at which the interval finishes will be calculated as the Interval Start time plus the Interval Duration time.
Cleanup Duration	Any time value in minutes	The amount of time allotted for Cleanup at the end of the Session. If this field is not configured, the value specified by the DefaultCleanupTime system setting will be used instead. The estimated time at which the cleanup should be complete will be calculated as the film Finish Time plus the Cleanup Duration.
Allow Complimentaries	Yes No	If the setting is enabled, complimentary tickets can be issued for the session.
Show Number	0–100	Vista allows sessions to be numbered sequentially throughout the day.
Public Screening	Yes No	If the setting is enabled, the session will be a public screening. POS operators will be able to sell tickets to customers, and the session will be displayed on signage.
Looped	Yes No	If set to Yes, the session will be interlocking with one or more other projectors in another screen. Sessions that are looped together must have the same start time. Example: If a single film print is being shared between a mainstream screen and a Gold Class screen, sessions using the same print simultaneously will be configured as Looped.
Loop from Screen	Any configured Screens	If the session is configured as Looped, the master projector can be specified to indicate which screen the interlock starts at. Example: A looped session in mainstream screen 2 with loop from screen configured as Gold Class screen 3 will indicate that the interlock starts in screen 3.
Print ID	Any numerical value	The ID Number of the film print used for the session. Note: Settings on the Applications Rights tab for User Groups may prevent managers from editing this field for sessions received from Film Programming via slots in the Holdover Sheet.
Movie Format	Any Movie Format configured on the selected film	The Movie Format associated with the session, selected from the formats configured on the selected film. If the film is configured with more than one format, a single format must be selected from the dropdown.
Attributes	Any configured Attribute (cleared or selected)	The Attributes associated with the session. These may be displayed on POS, Vista Web, and other signage. If you are using Film/Screen Matching, the session may automatically inherit Attributes from the film's Movie Format or the screen the film is scheduled in. Note: The list of Attributes available at each site is determined in Head Office.
Audio Language	Any language configured on the selected Film	The language of the selected film's audio.
Subtitles	Any language configured on the selected Film	The language of the selected film's subtitles.
Sales Channels	Any configured Sales Channel (cleared or selected)	Determines which sales channels that tickets for the session can be sold through. Note: Settings on the Applications Rights tab for User Groups may prevent managers from editing this field for sessions received from Film Programming via slots in the Holdover Sheet.
Ticket Purchase Rules	(Use Price Card Rules) Other options will vary depending on the Ticket Purchase Rules defined on the session's Price Card.	Enables Ticket Purchase Rules to be applied to individual sessions and Price Card Ticket Purchase Rules to be overridden. By default, each session's Ticket Purchase Rules will be defined on a Price Card. Depending on the Price Card Purchase Rules you can select multiple Ticket Purchase Rules and apply them to a session.
Assign Revenue to Future Day	Yes No	If the setting is enabled, box office revenue generated by tickets sales to the session will be recorded for a day in the future instead of on the actual day of the session. Note: Settings on the Applications Rights tab for User Groups may prevent managers from editing this field.
Days to Advance Revenue	Any number	The numbers of days in the future to record box office revenue for the session. Example: 1 = tomorrow This field is available only when Assign Revenue to Future Day is set to Yes.
