Configuring house costs

The exhibitor's costs for showing a specific film can be factored into film hire calculations. House costs must be set against a cinema screen before they can be applied to a film hire contract.

1. Navigate to Head Office > Cinema Screens.
2. Open or create the required Screen record.
3. Enter the House Cost for this screen.

House costs for showing a film are determined on the basis of this cinema screen cost and the values set in the film hire contract. Use the Cinema Film Hire Contracts maintenance form to configure house costs for exhibition.
