Creating film-hire contracts in bulk

Film hire contracts can be created in bulk and subsequently edited individually for each film booking to the release date. Bulk Contracts is typically used during long-term film planning, and allows provisional or tentative distribution terms to be assigned for a film's exhibition.

Bulk Contracts is available only via Circuit Planning and Cinema Planning in Film Manager.

1. Click Bulk Contracts.
2. Select the required film bookings in the grid.
3. Enter the required details in the Provisional Terms dockable panel for the selected bookings.
4. Click Apply.
5. Click Create Contracts to generate contracts for each film booking.
