Payment Terms can be defined in Head Office to specify when film hire must be paid to the distributor.

Payment Terms can be applied to Film Hire Contracts.

Steps

1. Navigate to Head Office > Maintenance > Payment Terms.
2. Enter the Description for the payment term.
3. Specify the day film hire is due to be paid.
   The payment term is created.
4. Select the required Payment Term when creating a film hire contract in Head Office.
