Adjusting a film-hire contract

To adjust a contract for a film, step through the Adjust Contract Wizard in the Film Hire form (Head Office > Maintenance).

1. Select the film hire record required.
2. Click Adjust Contract.
3. Select the Cinemas and Weeks to adjust.
4. Select the new Distribution Terms required.
5. Select Calculate Adjustments.
   
   Important! Selecting Calculate Adjustments and Update Contract with New Terms instead applies the new contract to the film's exhibition, starting from the date the adjustment is created.
6. Click Finish.
   If the adjustment is applied retroactively after the film hire record was exported, click + to expand the film hire record. The adjustment is displayed as a separate record.
   If the adjustment is applied before the film hire record is exported, the film hire values are directly updated.
