Creating trailer and advertisement records

Trailer and advertisement records specify details about the content you'll show before films. Create and maintain these records in Head Office or Cinema Manager.

1. Go to Maintenance > Trailers.
2. Select a film. The trailer or advertisement precedes the film you select.
3. Click Create.
4. Enter the name of the trailer.
5. Select the content type.
6. Specify the film and distributor that the trailer promotes.
7. In the CLP field, enter the Digital Cinema Package name of the trailer.
   

   Example: GUARDIANS-GALAXY_TLR-2_S_EN-XX_US-GB_51_2K_BV_20140403_DLA_OV

8. Enter a censor rating.
   

   Note: You can specify a default censor rating for all trailers in the Censor Rating form.

9. Enter any additional information as needed.
10. Specify Available From and Available Until dates to set the time period during which the trailer can be screened.
    

    Tip: Set these dates to default to a specific number of weeks before and after the film's release date using the FILMSCHED system setting.

11. Click Save.
