Creating a trailer from a Film record

You can create trailer or advertisement records from an open Film record.

Tip: When you create a trailer record from a film, the trailer form automatically populates with values from the Film record.

1. In Head Office or Cinema Manager, go to Maintenance > Films.
2. Open a Film record and go to the Trailer tab.
3. Click Add Trailer.

   Tip: Double-click a trailer to launch Trailer maintenance.

4. Edit the trailer record as needed.
5. Click Save.
