If the checkbox is selected, the Checks page of the Main Selling Screen will be available at the top of the POS window. Select this option for workstations that will work with Checks.

For example: Bars, Restaurants, Premium Cinemas.

This is useful for Workstations in Work Areas that are part of restaurant operations.

Determines the default view of the Checks page of the Main Selling Screen:

List - Checks and pre-defined Tab IDs are listed vertically, grouped by the Tab order they belong to.

Button - Checks and pre-defined Tab IDs are displayed on large buttons.

Layout - The Checks page displays a Table Layout Profile that gives a graphic representation of table locations.

Table Layout Profile

Any configured Table Layout Profile

Table Layout Profiles can be created to give POS operators a graphic representation of table locations.

When the Checks page on POS is in Layout view, the selected Table Layout Profile will be used for the display.

Table Layout Profiles can be configured with multiple Areas.

For example: Restaurant, Bar

When the Checks page is viewed, the determined by this setting is shown by default. This allows workstations to be configured for use in particular areas.

Use Default - Uses the area configured as the Default Area in the Table Layout Profile.

Prompt on User Login - When a user logs in to POS, a prompt is displayed asking which area of the layout profile they would like to view.

Any configured Area - Uses the selected area for all users on this Workstation.

Note: POS operators can still use Link Buttons to manually navigate between areas, regardless of what is set here.

If the checkbox is selected, the Seat Map for cinema auditoriums can be used to start Checks or access existing Checks.

Note: If this option is used the Show Tabs Seat Map POS button should also be enabled.

Determines which cinema auditorium's seat map is displayed by default when the Show Tabs Seat Map button is pressed:

Use Initial Screen - the seat map of the Initial Screen as configured on the POS terminal's Workstation maintenance record is displayed when the button is pressed.

Prompt on Create Check - when an initial Check is created, the server is prompted to select which Screen they would like to view.

Note: This only occurs when an Initial Check is created. The server is not prompted again when additional Split Checks are created.

Prompt on User Login - when a server logs in to POS, they are prompted to select which Screen they are working in. When the Show Tabs Seat Map button is pressed, that screen's seat map is displayed. This is particularly useful for a POS terminal servicing in-seat dining for multiple auditoriums.
