Sometimes a recent order that the kitchen has marked as collected needs to be recalled for further preparation.
Example: A customer ordered a burger and asked for no onions, but the kitchen accidentally made the burger with onions.
You can recall recent orders and readd them to the order queue.
- On POS, open the Kitchen screen.
- Tap Recall.
The Recall screen displays the list of completed orders, in order from the most recent.
If you need to, you can use the scroll buttons to view orders completed further in the past.
- Select an order to recall.
- Tap Recall.
POS returns to the Kitchen-screen view with the selected order open in the status Started.
- Make the required changes, and recomplete preparation as normal.
