Sets range so customer spend averages display in Serve as "$", "$$", or "$$$". Averages are from the last 6 months. Currency set by CurrencySymbol system setting. For example: |Lower=10|Upper=20| shows averages below $10 as "$", $10.01-$19.99 as "$$", and above $20 as "$$$". |
