Configuring concurrent group processing

Improve how fast the Night Batch runs by configuring concurrent group processing in the Vista Schedule Console. 

1. Open the Vista Schedule Console.
2. Under Tasks, navigate to Loyalty > General.
3. Select Night Batch.
4. Under parameters, configure GroupRecalculationMaxConcurrencyDegree.
   
   Note: The default value is 1. Monitor performance improvements with incremental adjustments to the number of groups being used for concurrent processing. You will experience diminishing returns as the number of groups increases and you reach the maximum capabilites of your SQL server.
