Group Sales integrates with Head Office, Film Manager, Cinema Manager, and POS.

Once the booking has been approved and scheduled in Cinema Manager, it appears at POS. Use the Find Booking screen to access your group sale event, to which you can add more concession items and tickets on the day. All additional sales are recorded on the booking's Sales Tab, and sent to Group Sales for reconciliation after the event.

Configuring Film Manager approval and scheduling

If your organisation uses a centralised film programming system, you can integrate Group Sales with Film Manager. Send bookings for approval so that programmers can assess their suitability and include them in a film schedule.

1. In Head Office, go to Maintenance > System Settings.
2. Set the system setting Group Sales_FilmProgIntegrated to Yes.
3. Set the system setting GroupSales_CinemaCanApprove to No.
4. Save.

Configuring Cinema Manager approval and scheduling

If your organisation programs films at individual sites, you can integrate Group Sales with Cinema Manager instead to perform the same function. Any changes or corrections made to the booking are automatically sent to the cinema.

1. In Head Office, go to Maintenance > System Settings.
2. Set the system setting GroupSales_CinemaCanApprove to Yes.
3. Set the system setting Group Sales_FilmProgIntegrated to No.
4. Save.
