You can email invoices and booking confirmations to your customers using Group Sales.
- In Head Office, go to Maintenance > System Settings.
- Set the value of the system setting SMTPServer to the domain name of the SMTP server that Vista will communicate with when sending emails.
Example: smtp.youroganisation.com
- Set the system setting GroupSales_DefaultEmailFromAddress to the email address that will send Group Sales emails.
- Set the system setting GroupSales_DefaultEmailFromName to the name that will appear on Group Sales emails.
- (optional) If you want to send booking confirmation emails, enable the system setting GroupSales_SendConfirmationEmail.
- (optional) If you want to send payment confirmation emails, enable the system setting GroupSales_SendPaymentConfirmationEmail.
