Setting up a default Screen Type Hire charge at your site

1. In Head Office, go to Maintenance > Hire Charges.
2. Create a Standard Screen hire charge.
   • Name: Standard Screen
   • Type: Screen Type Hire
3. Create an External Screen hire charge.
   • Name: External Screen
   • Type: Screen Type Hire

Setting up a default Facility Type Hire charge

1. In Head Office, go to Maintenance > Hire Charges.
2. Create a Facility Type hire charge.
   • Name: Equipment Hire
   • Type: Facility Type Hire
3. Create a party room Facility Type hire charge.
   • Name: Party Room
   • Type: Facility Type Hire
4. Create a bar Facility Type hire charge.
   • Name: Bar Hire
   • Type: Facility Type Hire
5. Create a large venue Facility Type hire charge.
   • Name: Large Venue
   • Type: Facility Type Hire

Setting up default Staff Type Hire charges

1. In Head Office, go to Maintenance > Hire Charges.
2. Create a Staff Type hire charge for waiters.
   • Name: Waiter
   • Type: Staff Type Hire
3. Create a Staff Type hire charge for projectionists.
   • Name: Projectionist
   • Type: Staff Type Hire
