Setting up a default Screen Type Hire charge at your site
- In Head Office, go to Maintenance > Hire Charges.
- Create a Standard Screen hire charge.
- Name: Standard Screen
- Type: Screen Type Hire
- Create an External Screen hire charge.
- Name: External Screen
- Type: Screen Type Hire
Setting up a default Facility Type Hire charge
- In Head Office, go to Maintenance > Hire Charges.
- Create a Facility Type hire charge.
- Name: Equipment Hire
- Type: Facility Type Hire
- Create a party room Facility Type hire charge.
- Name: Party Room
- Type: Facility Type Hire
- Create a bar Facility Type hire charge.
- Name: Bar Hire

- Create a large venue Facility Type hire charge.

- Create a Staff Type hire charge for waiters.
