Ensuring that all purchases on your sales channels are made by Loyalty members can offer you greater security, improved user experience, and valuable customer insights.

Requiring Loyalty sign-in on Lumos Web

1. In the Content tab of the Lumos CMS, go to Configuration > Web > Loyalty: General.
2. Set the following settings to Required:
   • Sign-in requirement for ticket purchases
   • Sign-in requirement for food and beverage purchases
   • Sign-in requirement for gift shop purchases
3. Save.
4. Go to Language texts > Web > Loyalty: General.
5. Enter values to be displayed on your website in the following fields:
   • 'Mandatory Loyalty sign-in' page heading
   • 'Loyalty sign-in required for transaction' page heading
6. Save.

Tip: If you want to give users the option to sign in when making a purchase, without forcing them, set the above settings to Optional.

Requiring Loyalty sign-in on Lumos Mobile

1. In the Content tab of the Lumos CMS, go to Configuration > Mobile > Loyalty: General.
2. Switch on the setting Enforce Loyalty sign-in/sign up.
3. Save.
