Ensuring that all purchases on your sales channels are made by Loyalty members can offer you greater security, improved user experience, and valuable customer insights.
Requiring Loyalty sign-in on Lumos Web
- In the Content tab of the Lumos CMS, go to Configuration > Web > Loyalty: General.
- Set the following settings to Required:
- Sign-in requirement for ticket purchases
- Sign-in requirement for food and beverage purchases
- Sign-in requirement for gift shop purchases
- Save.
- Go to Language texts > Web > Loyalty: General.
- Enter values to be displayed on your website in the following fields:
- 'Mandatory Loyalty sign-in' page heading
- 'Loyalty sign-in required for transaction' page heading
- Save.
Tip: If you want to give users the option to sign in when making a purchase, without forcing them, set the above settings to Optional.
Requiring Loyalty sign-in on Lumos Mobile
- In the Content tab of the Lumos CMS, go to Configuration > Mobile > Loyalty: General.
- Switch on the setting Enforce Loyalty sign-in/sign up.
- Save.
