Client contacts are the individuals at a client organization who order gift cards and vouchers. The details configured for client contacts allow them to log in to the corporate vouchers website and view the orders for their client organization.
To create Client Contact records:
- In Voucher Manager, go to Maintenance > Client Contacts.
- Click Create.
- Enter the name of the contact.
- Enter a login name for the contact. This is the username the person will use to access the corporate vouchers website.
- Select the organizations that the contact person is authorised to access. Typically, a contact has access to only one Client. If the contact represents a parent company, they might need access to multiple clients that represent subsidiary companies.
- Click Change Password.
- Enter and confirm a temporary password for the contact, and then select User must change password at next login.
- Click Set Password.
- Click Save.
Let the contact person know you've set up their account, and provide the contact with the username and temporary password you created. Let them know they can use that information to sign in to the corporate vouchers website.
