Configuring your currency settings

Set up your currency code in Head Office to determine what currency symbol is displayed in Oneview.

You can choose whether or not to display the currency code in Oneview (Account > Financial settings), but the associated currency symbol will always be displayed. 

Important! Changes to your currency settings will affect how currency settings are displayed in other areas of Vista Cloud (if used).

1. Go to Head Office > Maintenance > Currencies. 
2. Open the currency assigned to your Head Office Site. You can check which currency is assigned to your Head Office Site at Head Office > Maintenance > Head Office Sites. 
3. Update the external code.
   
   Tip: We strongly recommend using the ISO-4217 standards for currency codes so that the correct currency symbol displays. For example, use USD for the United States dollar. Missing or misconfigured codes will use a default format of USD ($). 
4. Click Save.

Note: Oneview uses your configured currency code and browser settings to determine what currency symbol is displayed, not what currency symbol is configured in Head Office.
