Configuring screen with hire charge

Some customers may want to hire a screen but not watch a film. Group Sales allows you to offer your cinema screen to customers that could be looking to hold business presentations, product launches, seminars and/or private screenings.

1. Navigate to Head Office > Maintenance > Hire Charges.

   If selected, the other fields on this tab are automatically populated with the pricing and costing information of that hire charge.

2. Add a hire charge for a screen in Head Office > Maintenance > Screens > Screen Hire.

   Note: The screen must be allocated for hire.
