Integrating Groups Sales with POS

Vista allows a salesperson to make POS Bookings, which are visible in the Find Booking screen of POS. POS Bookings list the items purchased and facilities hired when a booking is made in Group Sales. Additional concession items or tickets bought at the event are recorded on the booking's Tab, and are sent to Group Sales the following day.

1. For each of your Sites, select Allow Group Sales Cinema Integration on the Site tab of Site maintenance.

   Head Office > Maintenance > Sites.

2. Click Save.

You can also set up Vista to allow payments at POS on days other than the booking day.
