If your organisation already has company contact information stored within a CRM system, Group Sales can be enhanced to integrate with that third party system.
Group Sales integrates with SalesForce, providing the following functions:
- Search SalesForce accounts and contacts from within Group Sales .
- Link a Group Sales booking with a SalesForce opportunity and update the opportunity with a booking status.
Group Sales integrates with Dynamics, providing the following functions:
- Search for Dynamics contacts from within Group Sales.
- Group Sales will automatically creating a matching booking for each opportunity you create in Dynamics. If you change that booking's status, Group Sales will update the matching opportunity's status.
Note: When CRM integration is on, only customer company and contact information is maintained within the CRM system. Public contact information (contact information for general public) is maintained within Group Sales.
