Booking packages in Group Sales

In Group Sales, a booking package, or package, is a booking template your customers select. It's made up of pre-configured options such as maximum and minimum number of guests, activity, venue, items, and extras. These options are determined by the package's configuration. You can set up multiple configurations for each package, and make those configurations available at specific sites. This is useful if you have packages that have slightly different requirements at each location, such as the maximum guest count.
