The Packages page lists existing packages configured for the Group Sales public portal. To create a new package:
- In Group Sales, go to .
- Click Create.
- Enter a package Name.
- (Optional) Add a Description and Short Description.
The Short Description will appear on the package feature tiles, whereas the Description will only appear after the package has been selected.
- Add an Image for the package.
The image will be featured on the package tile.
- Add a configuration.
You'll need to specify a configuration name, minimum and maximum guest thresholds, valid start and end times, as well as a list of sites that use this configuration.
- Add items to your package. This includes concessions, tickets, and staff.
Tip: To create a group, drag an item into another.
The Package total per person displays the minimum and maximum price of the package.
- Add add-ons to the package and set their maximum sales limits.
Add-ons are optional extras that customers can purchase with a package.
Note: To create an add-on, see Creating a Group Sales Add-on.
- Under Additional details, select the correct terms and conditions document for the package.
- Select the Guest of honour service type.
- In the Minimum pre-order field, set the number of days in advance this booking must be made.
- Set the Deposit and Service fee percentages for the package.
- Save.
Your package is ready for use on the public portal. If you need to remove it temporarily, just toggle the Active state.
