Available fields for Group Sales voucher templates – Help Centre

These fields can be added to voucher templates with percentage symbols either side (for example: %barcode%), and they will be replaced with their data values when the vouchers are printed.

Field name	Example value	Description
Barcode	VCON564564789	The barcode generated for the voucher by Vouchers and Gift Cards.
PIN	6258	The PIN that the guest must enter to redeem a voucher. This PIN is generated by Vouchers and Gift Cards.
SerialNumber	29	A consecutive number returned by Vouchers and Gift Cards that identifies the voucher.
VoucherType	$10 Gift Voucher	The name of the voucher type that is selected in Group Sales when an order is placed. Voucher types are configured in Vouchers and Gift Cards.
SalePrice	5.00	The Unit Price entered when a voucher order is placed in Group Sales.
ActivationDate	1/3/2017	The date on which the voucher was added to the order in Group Sales. Note: This is different from the issue date, which can be later.
PrintDate	1/3/2017	The date on which the voucher was printed. Note: The date format is determined by your Group Sales server settings.
ExpiryDate	31/5/2017	The expiry date of the voucher. This is specified during ordering in Group Sales. Note: The date format is determined by your Group Sales server settings.
CustomerName	Vista Entertainment Solutions	The company or contact associated with the Group Sales order.
OrderName	Vista #559	The name associated with the order in Group Sales. Group Sales generates this to begin with, but it can be edited.
BatchSequence	30/100	The number of the voucher within a batch. Batches are generated by Vouchers and Gift Cards.
