Varies depending on the package selected and your configuration. A package is a template booking that establishes simple baseline expectations for a variety of events.

Customers will select the type of activity (such as a movie), add concessions, and confirm the number of guests. The booking date and time is also selected on this page. The package price (per person and the total) updates automatically as the customer makes selections.

Allows customers to choose the film to be screened. Films with an opening date no earlier than three business weeks prior to selected booking date are featured on this page.

Customers can also search for any film that the cinema has screened in the past by film title.

Allows your customers select additional add-ons such as concessions or tickets. The available options are configured alongside the package settings in Group Sales.

Collects your customer's personal details. Information such as first and last names, an email address, and a phone number is required. Group Sales will match these details with existing records to avoid duplicating individuals. A physical address is optional.

Displays a summary of the booking details.

The customer can enter additional information, such as dietary needs or screen-accessibility requirements, into the Additional Notes field. They'll also need to accept the terms and conditions.

After clicking Confirm, if a deposit is required and you have payments configured, the customer will be presented with the payments screen. Once payment is completed, the public portal will inform the customer that their booking inquiry has been received and provide a booking reference number.
