When a guest is selecting tickets, you can either display all available ticket types for all seating areas, or only show tickets for the area categories that a guest has selected. Hiding unavailable ticket types can provide a smoother workflow on your digital channels to sell more tickets quicker.
Note: This only applies to seat-first ordering.
Steps
- In the Content tab of the Lumos CMS, go to Configuration > Global > Tickets > General.
- Switch Show tickets for unselected area categories on or off, depending on your requirements.
