You can allow your Loyalty members to pay with a combination of points and other payment methods, giving them flexibility and fostering continued loyalty.
Enabling payment with Loyalty points
- In the Content tab of the Lumos CMS, go to Configuration > Global > Loyalty.
- Switch on Enable balance payments and Custom balance payments.
Customising the text on your Kiosks
- Go to Language texts > Kiosk > Tickets > 'Next' button and enter text to be displayed on the button guests will tap to navigate to each stage of the order process.
- Go to Language texts > Kiosk > Payment and transactions > Payment method.
- In the Card field, enter text to be displayed on the button guests will tap to pay for their order with a payment card.
- Go to Language texts > Kiosk > Payment and transactions > Completed order.
- In the 'Remaining payment successful' heading field, enter text to be displayed when a remaining order total is paid with a split payment method.
- Go to Language texts > Kiosk > Payment and transactions > Gift card.
- In the following fields, enter text to be displayed when guests select a gift card as a payment method:
- 'Gift card' option
- 'Scan gift card' button
- 'Scan gift card' description
- Go to Language texts > Kiosk > Payment and transactions > Loyalty points and enter text in each field to be displayed when guests select Loyalty points as a payment method.
- Go to Language texts > Kiosk > Loyalty: Sign-in > General, and enter text in each field to be displayed when guests sign in and out of their Loyalty account.
- Go to Language texts > Kiosk > Payment and transactions > Order Payment.
- Save.
