Allowing your Loyalty members to sign in on your sales channels can provide an improved user experience and valuable customer insights, while ensuring the retention of your most valued customers.
Steps
- In the Lumos CMS, go to Configuration > Global > Loyalty.
- Set Sign-in identification method to Email.
- Enter text to be displayed on your sales channels in the following pages:
- Language Text > Global > Loyalty: Member details
- Language Text > Global > Loyalty: Password reset
- Language Text > Global > Loyalty: Sign-in
- Language Text > Global > Loyalty: Sign-up
- Language Text > Global > Transaction > Customer details
