Your patrons can add their tickets to their Apple or Google wallet for greater convenience, reduced risk of fraud, and an enhanced user experience.
Google configuration
Complete these steps to enable adding tickets to Google Wallet.
- Create a Google Wallet issuer account. See the Google Wallet documentation for details.
This lets you manage and generate Google Wallet passes.
- Create a Google service account that has the Google Wallet API capability assigned. See the Google service account documentation for details.
This lets the Digital Platform impersonate authentication with Google's servers.
- Download the JSON file that represents the Google service account you just created.
- Copy the values of the following fields:

Lumos configuration
- In the Lumos CMS, go to Configuration > Global > Living Ticket > Wallet.
- Switch on Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.
- If you're enabling Google Wallet, enter the following:
- Google Wallet origin URL.
- Google Wallet issuer ID
- Google service account email address
- Go to Themes > [theme]> Global > Living Ticket > Google Wallet/Apple Wallet and ensure that the relevant media has been configured. See Image guidelines for Lumos for details.
- Go to Language texts > Global > Living Ticket V2 > Digital Wallets and enter text to be displayed on your tickets when they are displayed in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet apps.
