Enabling your Loyalty members to delete their accounts fosters trust, and can save time and effort for your customer support staff.
Note: This feature is always enabled on Lumos Mobile and not enabled on Lumos Kiosk.
- In the Lumos CMS, go to Configuration > Web > Loyalty: Member details.
- Switch on Enable account deletion.
- Go to Language texts > [Language] > Global > Loyalty: Member details > Account deletion.
- Enter text to be displayed on your sales channels when a member is deleting their account.
