Functionality

• Kiosk (Legacy) now supports discounted tickets that are available only to Loyalty members. We've updated the Kiosk interface to better display these discounts and include crucial information such as an expiry date and the percentage and actual cost savings.

• Kiosk (Legacy) now supports exclusions made in CXM for discounts, deals, and vouchers. For example, when a public holiday is excluded from a promotion, that promotion will automatically not be available to customers using a kiosk on that day.

• The multi-scan ticketing screen (enabled using LoyaltyCardScreenFlowType=3 in kiosk.ini) now accepts input from barcode scanners or card readers when a keyboard wedge device along with an OPOS or COM based device is configured.

• Kiosk now correctly limits purchasing loyalty recognition tickets for ticket types that are linked to multiple loyalty recognitions.

• When a preselected collection method is configured (PrimaryPickupAction in kiosk.ini), the booking collection screen now accepts input from the barcode scanner, even if the scanner isn't configured to be used for Loyalty.

• The legacy seat picker (UseOCCSeatPicker=N in kiosk.ini) now loads faster even when many custom seat images are configured.

Functionality

• An error message no longer appears after making a payment that includes a credit card surcharge.

• Kiosk no longer remains on the retry payment screen after a payment is declined. Now, Kiosk returns to the home screen after a configured amount of time if no activity has been detected.

• After enabling features that prompt Kiosk to install .NET Framework, Kiosk now installs the correct version of .NET Framework.

• Adding a second Loyalty ticket to an order in Kiosk no longer causes a validation error. This issue was present in the 5.0.9.30, 5.0.10.14 and 5.0.11.1 releases of Kiosk.
