You can manage users across multiple tenants if those tenants have already been set up in a primary-secondary relationship managed by Vista.
Example: You may need multiple tenants if your existing Active Directory operates in multiple regions.
Users set up in the primary tenant can be given guest access to a secondary tenant. Users set up in a secondary tenant are automatically created in the primary tenant.
Before you begin
Contact your Vista representative to confirm your available tenants and their primary-secondary configuration. You will only have one primary tenant.
