Configuring how booking fees are displayed in Lumos Web – Help Centre

This article shows the different ways you can configure how booking fees are displayed during ticket selection in Lumos.

There are three different settings in the Lumos CMS (Configuration > [sales channel] > Tickets > Booking fee) that can be switched on or off. This results in eight different possible scenarios.

Settings

The table below outlines the relevant settings.

Setting	Description
Include booking fee in ticket prices	Adds booking fees to ticket prices in the order cart and on each ticket line
Show booking fee on ticket lines	Controls whether the booking fee is displayed on ticket lines in the ticket selection page. Doesn't affect the order cart.
Show booking fee in the order	Controls whether the booking fee is displayed as a separate line in the order cart

Scenario 1

X - Include booking fee in price
✓ - Show booking fee on ticket line
✓ - Show booking fee in the order cart

Note: We don't recommend configuring these settings, to avoid confusion around extra costs.
