Granting access to Oneview

Give access to Oneview and determine what data is available to users with identity management in Vista Cloud.

Note: You must be a Circuit admin user in Vista Cloud to set user permissions.

1. In Vista Cloud, go to Settings > Users.
2. Select a user or create a new user. 
3. If they don't yet have access to Horizon:
   • Click New access. 
   • Under Product, select Horizon.
4. If they have access to Horizon:
   • For Horizon, under Site, select Default.
   • Under User Group, select All sites.  
5. Click New access.
6. Under Product, select Oneview. 
7. Under Site, select Default.
8. Under User group, select Dashboard viewer.
9. Click Save.

The user can now sign into Oneview after downloading the app on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, or access it via Vista Cloud on their desktop.

Note: If a user doesn't belong to the All sites user group for Horizon, they will only see data relating to the sites they have assigned to them for Cinema Manager.
