You can use analytics tools in Lumos Web and Mobile to better understand your audience and measure the effectiveness of your sales channels. This can allow you to make data-driven decisions to enhance your channels as a result.
Enabling analytics in Lumos Web

Ensure that you work with your Vista representative to associate your Google Tag Manager ID with your tenant. See Google's Tag Manager help documentation for details.
For Vista staff: Associating a Google Tag Manager ID with a Lumos tenant
- In the Lumos CMS, go to Web > General > Analytics and switch on Enable analytics.
Enabling analytics in Lumos Mobile
- In the Lumos CMS, go to Mobile > General > Analytics.
- Switch on Enable analytics.
- Add a Google Analytics configuration.
- Enter a Measurement ID and API secret. See Google's Measurement ID help documentation and Generating API secrets help documentation for details.
- Click Create.
