You can allow your guests to change their seat using their Living Ticket. This enhances your guests' experience, and increases your operational efficiency by reducing the need for staff to change seats manually.
Before you begin
Ensure that your Vista representative has set up Digital Platform to allow seat changes using Living Ticket.

Steps
- In the Lumos CMS, go to Configuration > Global > Living Ticket > Features and switch on Enable changing seats.
- Go to Language Texts > [Language] > Global > Living Ticket V2 > Change Seats.
- Enter text to be displayed on your living tickets when guests change their seats.
