You can allow your guests to add food and beverage items to their order using Living Ticket. This can maximise convenience for your guests, increase the likelihood of upsells, and free up your staff to focus on food preparation rather than taking orders.
- In the Lumos CMS, go to Configuration > Global > Living Ticket > Features and switch on Enable add food.
- Go to Language text > [Language] > Global > Living Ticket V2 > Food and Beverage > Add food.
- Enter text to be displayed on your living tickets when guests add food to their orders.
