You can allow your guests to make an F&B-only order that is delivered to their seat. This can drive spend-per-admit and increase revenue streams by giving your guests more options to tailor their F&B experience.
- In the Lumos CMS, go to Configuration > Web or Mobile > Food and beverage > General.
- Switch on Enable in-seat delivery.
- Under Default menu, select whether the menu displayed by default when selecting food and beverages is for delivery or pick-up orders.
Note: This only applies when both menu options are available.
- Go to Language Texts > [Language] > Global > Food and beverage: Delivery.
- In each of the General, In-seat delivery, and Location delivery tabs, enter text to be displayed on your sales channels when your guests create orders.
