Allowing custom comments with a POS float drop

For business reasons, your cinema may want to record a custom comment such as a reference number or a bank bag number when performing a float adjustment at POS.

Configuring the System Setting AdjustmentAllowCustomComment to Yes will display the Custom Comment button on the Please Select Adjustment Comment window during a float drop.

Any comments will be recorded and displayed in the Comment box on the Adjustments tab of the POS Session form.

1. Go to Cinema Manager > Maintenance > System Settings.
2. Set AdjustmentAllowCustomComment to Yes.
3. Save.
