You can perform manual stock adjustments in Cinema Manager's Stock adjustment page.

They should only be used in extreme circumstances to correct data that has been entered incorrectly and cannot be corrected in any other way.

Example

A stocktake is finalised with an incorrect final count of Mars Bars due to staff missing one box when they were counting.

When this box is found, a stock adjustment is made reflecting that the expected value for the new week should include one more box of Mars Bars.
