Setting up security on funds

You can ensure that only certain users can make additions, withdrawals and dispatches for some funds.

Note: Fund security can only be modified by a system administrator.

1. In Cinema Manager or Head Office, locate the fund for which you want to configure security.
2. Click Fund Detail.
3. On the Security tab, select Only allow additions, withdrawals or dispatches for this fund for the following users.
4. Double-click an Available user to add them to the list of Allowed users.
5. Configure any Overrides.
