Item classes can be used to give items different sales tax rates depending on the area in which they are sold.

Before you begin

Ensure that your cinemas, workstation groups, and sales tax rates have been set up.

Steps

1. In Cinema Manager > Maintenance > Item Classes, open an item class. For example, Salads.
2. On the Price Mode tab, enter the required sales tax setup for this item in different cinemas and workstations.
3. Save.
