Using a Cost List, it's possible to define the Standard cost price for multiple Items from a single location, either individually or by Item Class.
In Head Office, cost lists can be linked to particular cinemas in Maintenance > Price Manager. This allows cost-price changes to be made for a given group of items at different cinemas or cinema groups. Validation occurs ensuring that two different cost lists with the same item and Effective From date aren't linked to the same cinema.
You can use Controlled Forms to restrict who edits data downloaded from Head Office to the Cost List form.
