Linking a cost list to a cinema

Linking a cost list to a specific cinema or to cinema groups makes it possible to have cost price changes for a given group of items at different cinemas or cinema groups.

When linking Cost Lists, Price manager ensures that two different cost lists with the same item and effective date are not linked to the same cinema.

Note: The cost price of items entered in Linking and Site Variable Data will not be updated at their respective cinemas if those items are included in cost lists that have already be applied at the given cinemas.

1. In Head Office, go to Maintenance > Price manager.
2. Click View > Costs.
3. Select Cost lists and enter the appropriate filters.
