Restricting funds to payment groups

You may want to restrict funds to certain payment groups, to prevent payment types being reconciled to inappropriate funds.

For example: You may want a fund for electronic transactions to be restricted to payment groups for credit and debit card payment types, in order to prevent cash transactions being reconciled to that fund in error.

1. In Cinema Manager or Head Office, go to Maintenance > Funds.
2. Open a fund, or create a new one. 
3. Under Payment groups, select payment groups to restrict this fund to.
